About the event
Two races, one morning in the land of coffee, mist and the Western Ghats
The Mudremane Chikkamagaluru Wilderness Marathon & Cycling is a trail running and cycling event in the heart of Chikkamagaluru. Routes pass coffee plantations, winding countryside roads, forests and the terrain of the Western Ghats around Mudigere.
Expect cool mountain weather, quiet rural roads and rolling hills. From first-timers to seasoned endurance athletes, runners and cyclists of every level are welcome.

Both races share one start line and one flag-off morning. Choose the marathon on foot or the ride on two wheels.

About the organiser
Chikmagalur Cycling Club building a stronger cycling culture since 2011
Established in 2011, the Chikmagalur Cycling Club (CCC) has grown into one of the most respected cycling communities in Karnataka’s Malnad region. With over 150 active cyclists, the club promotes cycling as a sport, a healthy lifestyle and a sustainable way to get around.
Over the past decade, CCC has organised and supported cycling events, endurance rides, recreational rides, awareness campaigns and community programmes. These events bring together cyclists from across Karnataka and beyond, and showcase the landscapes of Chikmagalur while encouraging tourism, fitness and environmental responsibility.
Off the road, members take part in charitable initiatives, fundraising, environmental conservation and community welfare work. Today the club connects sports enthusiasts, local businesses, government bodies and social organisations through meaningful collaborations.
